Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. Two QR codes and 1,000 scans a month with basic analytics is included on every Served HQ workspace at no cost, with no time limit and no card required.
What happens if I go over my Free plan's scan allowance?
Your QR codes keep working and every scan is still recorded — nothing gets blocked. You'll see a usage warning and can buy a top-up or upgrade if you want more headroom.
If I downgrade from a paid plan, do I lose access immediately?
No. You keep your current plan's full limits until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then you move to Free. You're never cut off mid-period.
What happens to existing QR codes if I'm over a lower plan's code limit?
They stay active and keep working — printed codes on tables, packaging or vans are never disabled by a plan change. You just can't create new ones until you're back under the limit or upgrade.
