- Fraud, phishing, impersonation, misleading claims, fake businesses or deceptive pricing.
- Harassment, hate, threats, exploitation, abuse, non-consensual content or unsafe conduct.
- Malware, scraping, credential harvesting, spam, platform probing, rate-limit bypassing or security interference.
- Sale or promotion of regulated goods or services without required licences, approvals, disclosures or safeguards.
- Copyright, trademark, image, menu, brand, database or other intellectual property infringement.
- Content that exposes private personal data, payment data, health data or customer details without a lawful basis.
2. Business content standards
Businesses must keep published content accurate, current and lawful. This includes prices, descriptions, allergens where relevant, availability, opening hours, cancellation terms, delivery or collection information, business identity, contact details and promotional claims.
3. Customer data handling
Businesses must not misuse customer data visible in Served HQ. Customer information should only be used for lawful operational, support, fulfilment, booking, loyalty, consented marketing or compliance purposes. Staff access should be limited to people who need it.
4. Intellectual property and copyright enforcement
We may remove or restrict content that appears to infringe copyright, trademarks, design rights, publicity rights or other rights. Repeat or serious infringement may lead to account suspension, deactivation or termination.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate reports, scan for abuse, request information, remove content, disable links, restrict features, suspend payment tools, deactivate accounts, notify payment providers, preserve records, report to authorities, or terminate access. Depending on urgency and risk, we may act with or without prior notice.
6. Reporting concerns
If you believe a Served HQ page is unlawful, misleading, infringing, unsafe or misusing data, contact the business first where appropriate. You may also contact Served HQ support with the page URL, issue details and any evidence needed to review the report.
